I love the contrast between the two cones!

What a fascinating contrast.
My immediate thought was to see it as a metaphor for a veteran worker and the new kid on the job. The experienced guy is going to explain things to the rookie.

Me too! That's why I wanted to capture it with my camera.
There was just something so wonderful seeing this new, orange-red cone against the beaten up, burnt-red one.
