Small thanks.

Work has sapped much of my energy and free time lately so all I could make her was something small.

Here's a thank you card I painted for one of my former coworkers.....

Watercolors on watercolor paper - 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" (NFS)

It's a very simple abstract painting but hopefully she likes.

If anything, it'll be a good excuse to visit our sister store and see how she's been doing since Corporate sent her there.

And in the end, it's not the size of the thank you but the fact that you're showing your gratitude that counts.

All of the gift art you have created is so beautiful and so professionally done Dean; what came into my mind upon seeing this one is have you considered making a website of them? I'd love to see them altogether in a format that does not require a scroll down.

That's beautiful!

Something about the shapes and colors suggests autumn leaves.

I'm sure she'll like it.

That is so colorful, you have amazing talent. Sure hope it will work out so you can have more time to create soon. Go Dean! Your thoughtfulness is contagious.

Mona!

I appreciate the suggestion!

But what if I just labeled all of those posts "gift art" instead? That might be easier.

Becca!

Glad you think so!

naturgesetz!

You're not the first person to suggest my abstracts look like leaves.

Hmmm.....

Stan!

I know she wore a lot of purples and blues at work so I wanted to incorporate some of her favorite colors in the actual painting.

Thanks to all of you for your feedback on this piece!

The girl of the sun!

I like this painting being referred to as "harmonic".

Thanks for that, girl!
