Do you think that's a verb or a noun? I tend to the former. If I'm right, and it's imperative, I'd ask, "Why?"

Which reminds me of the bumper stickers that say, "Question authority," to which I answer, "Says who?"

But it's an interesting splash of color which complements the ad on the side of what looks like a newspaper vending machine (but could also be a trash receptacle.

I guess only the person who put the artwork up would know whether it's a verb, noun, or adjective.

And that's a solar-powered trash can you see in the distance (they're new to the city this year!).

I didn't notice that the colors on the can's side mimic those in the street art until YOU mentioned it!
