I found love in Kentucky.....

I got home from my trip last night.

I'm back in Chicago now but wish I was still in Kentucky.

I think the title of this post says it all.

*deep sigh*

How wonderful. So glad it was all you hoped for ... and more!

I literally jumped up and yelled when I read that post. I'm so glad, Dean. Even if it's not a person, (I'm not sure, since you didn't exactly elaborate. You may as well be in love with the state, though I doubt it) I'm so PROUD OF YOU!

I might have offered congratulations, if it weren't for your deep sigh.

I might have asked if the love was eros, philia, or agape if that didn't seem too prying.

But it seems that you enjoyed the trip, so I'm glad that the change was enjoyable while it lasted. Most of us have to spend most of our time going to and from work (until we retire — and even then we settle into a daily routine), so it's good to take advantage of the chance to get away for some rest and relaxation. Hopefully, now that you've had this vacation and found it worthwhile, it won't be another nine years before you take another one. Make it an annual event.

I wish you were back here too.

Funny that: I was just about to post my first "Dean was here and this is something we saw together" post. :)

Dean, I'm really happy you had a good time and I'm delighted that you two are in love. Nothing better than that.

Oh yes, it's definitely a person.

It was a romantic kind of love with a pinch of lust thrown in.

I'll go on vacation more often. I didn't realize how good it felt to get away!

David Allen Waters!

(((HUGS))) back at you, sir!

Thank you, Sonnia!

I wouldn't have been able to see Lexington without your help, JP!

Of course, Randy!

I'd been talking to a blogger for about two months and needed to see if the feelings we shared over the phone would be there when we spent time together in person.

They were.....

Ask the Cool Cookie!

(See the comment above).

I went to Kentucky to see if love was waiting for me and it was.

It's still all so new and we have some challenges to overcome but I do think he and I can make it work.

Hi back at you, girl!

Everyone's supportive comments are greatly appreciated!

I lost track a bit I know, but feel so glad now, it was often hard to see you suffering but seeing you happy makes me nearly speechless, and I can’t remember I was so honest without any other thoughts for a moment the last time. You so much deserve this.

I appreciate that!

Thanks to the pair of you for stopping by!
